General Terms and Conditions

Validity of Terms and Conditions for Business and Deliveries

Once an order is placed by the purchaser, the following terms and conditions will apply. Any changes to these terms and conditions must be in writing in order for them to be valid. This also applies to changes to the written form requirement. Alternative terms and conditions of the purchaser will not be part of the contract, even if we do not oppose them explicitly. Should any of our terms and conditions be invalid, this will not make any of the other terms and conditions invalid.

Price quotations

All price quotations are non-binding. Only our order confirmation in writing - either by email or fax - will form a contract, which will arrive at the latest with the delivery.

All prices quoted exclude VAT.

However, the purchaser cannot withdraw his/her order or claim any compensation.

Hand-over of deliveries

All damages need to be recorded immediately in writing.

Compensation claims

Reservation of ownership rights

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all open payable items, including any additional costs. Delay in payment will entitle us to retrieve the goods at any time. The goods delivered under this reservation of ownership rights must be handled with care by the purchaser and stored accordingly. In case the purchaser breaches the above obligations, he/she will be liable to pay compensation. The purchaser is not entitled to pledge or assign as security or other credit the goods sold under reservation of ownership rights.
